Dial-A-Ride
 
Connecticut River Transit’s Dial-A-Ride service makes rural Vermont living easier for you! If you don’t see the ride you need on our bus schedule, we may still be able to get you there!
Just contact us 2 days ahead to schedule your trip on a Dial-A-Ride Bus or to see whether you qualify for Dial-A-Ride Medical Appointment transportation service. You will save gas and the hassle of driving and parking by using these door-to-door (origin-to-destination) ride services.

Dial-A-Ride Bus Service
Anyone can ride on any Dial-A-Ride Bus; you do not need to qualify. Just contact us at least 2 days ahead to schedule your ride. Depending on availability, we offer convenient Dial-A-Ride Bus service in:

Dial-A-Ride Medical Appointments
Are you in Windham or Southern Windsor County? If you have Medicaid, are over 60, OR have an ADA-defined disability, getting to your medical appointments can now be one less worry.
Contact us at least 2 days before your medical appointment for your door-to-door ride with a screened trained volunteer driver. You may schedule up to one month of medical appointments at a time. To find out how to Dial-A-Ride for a medical appointment, please see the Riders Guide.
Towns We Service. We service 30 Vermont towns; see the map below. The blue oval with the car and bus in it means you have service for Dial-A-Ride bus and Dial-A-Ride Medical Appointments. The blue oval with the car in it means you have service for Dial-A-Ride Medical Appointments only.

There is no suggested fare donation for Dial-A-Ride medical rides. Please contact us at least 2 days prior to your ride by e-mail, phone, or fax.
